The Buyback promotion (the Offer) is valid from 1 June 2023 to 30 September 2023 (Promotional Period) to all new and existing SilverChef customers who sign a SilverChef rental agreement during the promotional period. SilverChef will pay up to 100% of standard serialised equipment value to the customer excluding the cost of freight and installation at SilverChefs sole and absolute discretion. To be eligible the equipment must have been purchased on or after 1 January 2023, the equipment must be free from PPSR registration and a copy of the original dealer invoice must be supplied. Once the customers rental contract has started the customer is unable to upgrade their equipment for a minimum of 6-months. Equipment purchased before 1 January 2023 will be reviewed at the sole discretion of SilverChef. SilverChef reserves the express right and discretion to exclude any customer from taking advantage of the Offer if it determines the customer to be ineligible. SilverChef reserves the right to reject any applications for a finance product that do not meet its credit approval criteria. SilverChef reserves the right to edit, add, and end this Offer at any time without notice. The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
